A local Banker was unable to provide his Customer with an extended Business Line of Credit, (BLOC). This astute Banker had the presence of mind to connect his Customer with Seal Rock Endeavors where we not only extended his BLOC with an additional $150k but we also provided them with a small $50k Working Capital Loan; to smooth out irritating cash flow issues inherent in their Construction Business.
